Chadwick O. Bogar, Esquire

Chad Bogar is the firm’s CEO and co-founder. Since graduating from law school in 1999, his practice has focused primarily on Medicaid eligibility, civil litigation, and related regulatory matters for care providers. During the course of his career, Mr. Bogar has developed an effective set of policies and practices to ensure Medicaid eligibility. He has handled thousands of Medicaid eligibility matters for hundreds of long-term care providers. Moreover, his innovative Medicaid eligibility practices and policies have assisted hundreds of long-term care providers with qualifying residents for Medicaid. By ensuring that each facility has the right to oversee and, if necessary, intervene in each resident’s application for Medicaid, Mr. Bogar’s systemic approach to Medicaid eligibility is both highly effective and unprecedented in the long-term care industry. Mr. Bogar’s other areas of practice include regulatory and licensure matters, land use regulations, and general corporate litigation.

Mr. Bogar graduated with honors from Gonzaga University, and received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
