Erin Mitchell, Esquire

Erin Mitchell joined Schutjer Bogar’s Dallas office in 2009. Prior to joining Schutjer Bogar, Ms. Mitchell worked as an attorney consultant for a Fortune 500 company focusing on strategic growth and litigation project management in the Dallas/Fort Worth legal community. Ms. Mitchell gained additional litigation experience working for a prominent Birmingham, Alabama law firm focusing on education and employment law.

Ms. Mitchell is a native of Dallas, Texas and graduated from Baylor University, with a BBA in Business Journalism. Ms. Mitchell received her Juris Doctorate from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law where she served on the Student Bar Association, the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board, and as the American Bar Association Law Student Division Representative and 5th Circuit Lt. Governor.

Ms. Mitchell is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also spends time mentoring through Mercy Street Ministries and volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Dallas.
