Livia Langton Santschi, Esquire

Livia Langton Santschi comes to Schutjer Bogar from a large Pittsburgh based national law firm, where her practice focused on a variety of civil litigation matters including general commercial litigation and products liability litigation. Ms. Santschi has represented clients at arbitrations, mediations and trials in both state and federal court.

Ms. Santschi is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. And, she is admitted to practice in the Federal courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Santschi was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2007, 2008, and 2010.

Ms. Santschi is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she competed with the Health Law Moot Court team and served as president of the Graduate and Professional Student Association and as treasurer of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Santschi has a Masters in Public Health from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
